Mindex provides telephone and e-mail support for all Inmagic products on a subscription basis. Support is included for products during the first year after purchase.
Mindex offers three levels of additional retainer contracts: Gold, Silver and Platinum. On this contract you are entitled to a number of hours for on site support, depending on the contract level. Support contract clients get preferential treatment. Gold, Silver and Platinum are only available at the three metropolitan areas of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Mindex offers service level agreements that would ensure support for the products and applications. We do require that all SLA’s include a support contract as well as a subscription to software subscription.
Our Retainer Contracts are used for general consultation, training and installation, however we also offer general Library services. These include: Regular Back-up service, stock taking, cataloging and general housekeeping.
